Pavement damage next the iron works on pavement
Reported via mobile in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 14:15, Wed 3 December 2025
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8497283.
Reported yesterday: Wayford Close, the lady with the stroke outside number 7 with two photos. IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED as you suggest. Simply smooth off the small trip hazard as mobility and sight make it difficult for her to see it. I went round there 20 Minutes ago and the hazard remains.

This is a very minor repair to help a disabled lady who has mobility problems. Normally, such a repair would not be appropriate as such a trip hazard would not effect able bodied people. It will help her a lot for if she falls it would be very serious. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to put right. I'm quite happy to meet you on site if that helps. It's outside number 7 Wayford Close.

There has been no change to the photos here. I emphasise, this is a very small trip hazzard, OUTSIDE NUMBER 7 WAYFORD CLOSE. One resident there has severe mobility issues and this small imperfection in the pavement is a potentially fatal hazard for her.

Checked yesterday and nothing has changed. It's a small fix which I could do myself as you don't seem to be able to manage it.
