Highways signage defect

Re the obstruction and multiple vehicle idling issue reported at this location on Sat 6 December & putting vulnerable road users and residents at risk, it is incorrect (according to your colleagues) that this is a Parking problem - we understand it is a problem of missing highways signage. This unacceptable driver behaviour is an endemic issue every matchday and Parking Enforcement Officers have previously advised they are not allowed to enforce due to the absence of the necessary signage. This means the highways signage omissions need to be removed before we will be able to raise this matter with Parking Services.
