This van has been parked/abandoned opposite a very busy entrance to carpark. This causes lots of issues when vehicles are trying to get passed or in/out of the car park. The vehicle has been recently hit. After checking the GOV website today it's flagged up the vehicle is untaxed and MOT expires 14th December 2025
