Both lights have been out for at least a week. Please could you take a look?

We can confirm that there is a power supply issue with these lights and the fault has been reported to National Grid. We await their attendance and feedback and shall add further information here when known.

The street lights are still not working on Bath New Road at night very dark and dangerous for the people tripping

Further to above, the update today from National Grid confirms that there work is still ongoing.
We are sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime and trust they are aiming to repair this fault as soon as they can.

There is still a problem along this stretch with no street lighting tonight a parked car was collided into.

Further to above, National Grid have provided more information. They have been to site and suspect there is an underground burn off on the cable, between PL 29 & PL 28. To resolve they would be required to excavate part of Bath New Rd and they intend to arrange this works during January. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay and shall pass them the comments about the parked cars.
