Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 47 minutes later. Council ref: 8538004.

By this time of year BANES would have sent the lorry to sweep away all the fallen leaves. This hasn’t been done on Anchor Lane so far this December. The pavements and gully’s are full of sodden leaves and mud, making the pavements very slippery and dangerous and danger of blocked drains and flooding URGENT
