Large pothole on Windsor Avenue, Keynsham

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8538875.

This pothole has been there for approximately 6 weeks and is a continual problem. The debris has spread across the road and into the grass verge. At night, any vehicles going over it causes loud noises. The exact location is outside of 6 Windsor Avenue. There are also smaller holes appearing either side of it.
