The hedge is council property but since moving in 6 months ago nobody has kept it up. We are finding it coming over to our property, driveway and just generally onto ours and shared land. We’d ideally like it gone or replaced with fencing. It’s runs along the entire side of the road/our garden and garage. Also people often put rubbish in it.
