Water not draining properly on Sham Castle Lane

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8584899.

Lives at 1 Windsor Cottages and some of property is below street level. The fireplace is against the road, and mould and damp has been growing as the water over gathers at the corner of the road and is not being drained. When it is raining, there is a steady stream and wondered if someone could come out to take a look and see how the drainage can be adjusted to address this?
