New grit bin

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8627135.

Any chance of getting a grit bin, or a drop of loose grit to the pavement at the top of Smallcombe Close. With the springs, this hill is impossible in icy conditions - and no chance of getting to the bottom to collect any to take to the top. Many thanks
