Grit bin at the Green Street/St Julians Road junction is badly damaged and empty.

Reported via desktop in the Grit bin issue category by John Davey at 17:27, Monday 5 January 2026

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8630917.

For the past few days the lower part of Green Street next to the St Julians Road junction in Shoscombe Vale has been partly iced over and is v dangerous to drive over. No gritting has taken place (the schools open tomorrow and most parents drive down Green St to the school) I normally grit this part of the road myself if necessary but the grit bin is severley damaged and is empty.
