Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8656925.

Vehicle has been left here since around October. On the back of Greenfield Road. The same person keeps leaving a vehicles here, it gets reported and they remove it and then they replace with another. This one has 3 flat tyres and has not moved since it was left here.
