Traffic management NOT compliant with chapter 8

Reported via desktop in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 15:25, Friday 9 January 2026

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8657945.

The traffic management is clearly not maintained. existing road markings including cats eyes are still in place causing safety concerns especially in the dark. there are no end of temporary speed limit signs bath bound causing confusion. there is no protection at the edge of the roads when excavating directly next to it. the TM is frankly a joke on a major arterial route between bath and bristol. After 30 years constructing highways across the UK as a senior manager i would be frankly disgusted by the state of these works.
