Bollard hit by lorry. Not sure if been notified to the council.

Instead of keep resetting the right-hand bollard over and over again why not try raising the kerb so as to give extra overhang for lorries while still protecting the wall behind. Painting street furniture might be standard practice within BANES but it doesn't help visibility. Help rather than hinder please.
