Ineffective Road Closure

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8658999.

Road closure owing to water mains works is ineffective, cars are not stopping at the road closed sign and risking property damage to neighbour's wall where the road closure is still letting vehicles through.
