Path street light still not working

One of the lights on the path along the top of the woods has stopped working (since early December, I reported it in December and case was swiftly closed but it still isn’t fixed). The lights are very spaced out anyway so this has left a large section of the path pitch-black in the mornings / evenings / at night. It’s a route heavily used by commuters and dog-walkers in the early morning and late evening, and given the wall is low in places with a steep drop down through the woods the other side, getting it back on as soon as possible would be much appreciated.
