Axe and sledgehammer & rat infestation

The tent encampment appears to have been abandoned in Kelson’s Field. An axe and sledgehammer (foreground of image) has been left along with food waste resulting in a rat infestation. As there is a child play area immediately next to this area I suggest it is time to take some action and remove these items for the safety of local residents
