Leak in tunnel of Spring gardens road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8660807.

There is a continuous leak in the tunnel, which is turning to ice. The water is coming through the arch, running down the wall and through the lighting and it is dripping on people as they walk past.
