Loose manhole cover outside Hill House, Lansdown Rd

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8663890.

We know this has been reported earlier but this has being unaddressed for over a month. The continual noise from vehicles driving over this loose cover is disrupting sleep at night and impairing our quality of life. If the utility won’t address this problem urgently what will the council do?
