Water constantly running over pavement, Minster Way

Reported via desktop in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 11:27, Monday 12 January 2026

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8671369.

There is an almost constant stream of water (especially in winter time) running over the pavement in front of 55 Minster Way. During cold conditions this will ice up, making it hazardous for pedestrians, as well as creating an ice hazard on the road. Please can this issue be fixed.
