7 roadwork cones in the river and lots of other rubbish accumulated, the river is in need of a lot of maintenance it is severely overgrown and silt buildup is preventing it flowing. This is not a recent accumulation this has been years of neglect and lack of maintenance of this stretch of the river. It really is disgusting maybe a bin near the bus stop on Somervale side might prevent rubbish being thrown in the river.
