Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8742960.
Bollard has been damaged & is leaning at an angle. Concrete base has been up rooted. Grass verge also damaged by a vehicle (s) Fairly recent damage, but not sure of exact date.
