There is dumped rubbish here and at various locations in Springfield PArk

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8763799.

The rubbish has been there for months. Members of the cleansing team took some away a couple of months ago but said it needed to be reported instead to the Parks dept. However your website says it should be reported here. Very confusing therefore.
