Lights on during the day at Norfolk Crescent

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8835628.

A month ago the streetlights were upgraded to LED bulbs, yesterday I noticed that all 3 of them are out during the night and on during the day (I can see them on in this particular moment). Please fix it
