Light 004 in street not workijg/mis-postitoned

The lights used to perate on movement detectors. Thet are now on fully all night. At some point, they ahve been adjsted so that they shine onto and into our property all night, making it hard to sleep unless we have blinds fitted. Thois was never an issue before the new LED lights were installed. You will only see it when they are operating - the one by 23/24 Belgrave Cres is affecting us - two bedrooms are brightly lit by the light.- as in feels like curtains closed ineffectively on a sunny day.

  • We are sorry you are experiencing issues with glare from the light 004 near your house.

    To help reduce the glare we have instructed our contractors to fit a shield to the back of the lantern and we trust after they have attended you will notice the difference.
