Potholes and surface breaking up at bottom of St Ladoc
Reported via desktop in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 10:02, Saturday 7 February 2026
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8858842.
The long neglected bottom of St Ladoc road continues to disintegrate and need resurfacing. At least one pothole is getting deeper and larger. BANES need to sort this out - it's getting ridiculous. We pay tax for a reason!

I am not sure how the contractor would have completed this work as nothing has been done. This has been like this for months now, only getting worse, putting road users at risk. Please please get this sorted. Thank you

As per the other comments, the road is diabolical and has not been resolved or reviewed. It is dangerous and frankly insulting to pay council tax for this level of care on the streets. Please look to review and complete remedial works to the roads. Both sides of the road need works completed as there are multiple deep pot holes.

This problem has not been resolved, frankly it is getting worse, potholes are getting bigger, and more of them

I got a little bit giddy when I seen that the pot holes had been repaired a few days ago, then I looked a bit closer and thought they won't last long as could see that this wasn't done properly. On my way home today a couple of the pot holes filled have already broken away. Unbelievable! Please could this be looked into yet again. Thank you
