Car has no valid MOT & has been left in same parking spot for at least a month.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9012848.

Car is parked on highway for at least a month without moving. Rubbish has piled up around wheels, it has no valid MOT certificate. I think it has been abandoned.
