Streetlight missing or not working

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9014373.

They added new pole for the electricity here and now theres no light or light is not working

    The street is very dark at night due to missing light

  • Further to above, we can confirm that we have raised this issue with National Gris who removed the light. They are investigating and we have asked them to restore the light.

    We shall add further information here when known.

  • Further to above we confirm we are arranging replacement of the lantern on a bracket and National Grid shall be connecting the light. We shall add further information here when known.

  • Further to above, we confirm that our contractors have been instructed to replace the missing lantern and bracket and that National Grid are due to connect the supply to the lantern when it is in place.

    We are sorry for the delay in this work taking place.

  • Further to above, the new bracket arm and lantern are now on site and we have advised National Grid so they can arrange to necessary connection.

  • We understand National Grid carried out their work to provide a new connection yesterday (15th) and so the light should now be working.
