This manhole cover is sink8ng snd loose.every time a vehicle drives over it there is a massive clunking noise-this is going on all day and night and is waking me up.Really exhausting.I have recorded a video just bow at 2.25pm but when thd traffic is busy in the morning it is unbearable.please can you fix it.
