Multiple Pot Holes & Degraded Surface

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9030799.

The pot holes deteriorate quickly after being repaired, the last repairs barely lasted a week, and there are large stones being thrown across the road surface, I am reporting for pot holes outside number 24 Fox Hill, but the whole road is terrible as a result of the Mulberry Park Development.
