Culvert blocked

The Culvert that runs alongside the road behind the wall of the church yard is extremely silted up so water isn’t flowing away. This carries a significant amount of water that flows from the stream beside the memorial hall and then underground eventually meeting up with Dilly Brook which flows into the River Chew. Because this channel is blocked, it appears that the water is diverting away into other drains which might cause problems further down the network.
