Blocked drains form road into the fields

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9039279.

Along Twinhoe Lane are gaps in the bank so water can drain from the road into the fields to the North East. These are all blocked, so when it rains the road floods. All the drains need clearing.
