Extremely large pot hole

I reported this problem on 5 February 2026. The report's reference number was 8843623 and it was closed down the same day. Since then the pothole has got much worse - it is about 3/4 metre long and 1/4 meter wide, and 40cm deep in places. All the tarmac from the pothole is now lying as scree on the road (see photos), and the hole is now down to the underlying ballast foundations of the road and, as a result, is getting bigger by the day. It has already caused problems for the 94 bus and is very dangerous for cyclists and motorcyclists as it is on a blind bend. I request that the original report is re-opened and this is fixed as soon as possible. Thank you
