These black bins are full of rubbish and have been left here for over 4 weeks
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9069964.
A business started up and was quickly closed down (see attached photo of sign) These full bins were left and have been ignored for since then. Full of rubbish and partially blocking the pavement. C Squared are the agent
