Holes/trip hazard

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9075843.

Many (possibily an increasing number) of small (10-15cm in diameter) holes, 5-10cm deep, pefect for twisting your ankle on. Mali kedward volunter liason officer BANES aware. I feel these holes should be filled and possibly investigate what is causing the holes in the first place.
