Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9097117.
A large quanity soil containing masonary, and other decayed household detritus has been dumped at the west end of Kensington Meadows about 30 metres from the meadows Lane entrance.

It is over a months since I reported this is was upgraded by BANES to being investigated. Has is in fact been investigated?

I have asked twice for an update and recieved nothing. I phoned Banes a was promised a response and again nothing. Now more soil from the cable works in the meadows has been dumped. I will be reporting this as a new incident. Failure to respond to this enquiry and I will write directly BANES CEO Sophie Broadfield
