My 4 year old was playing on this climbing up the ladder and due to nothing to hold onto he slipped and bumped his face on the wood. This has resulted to him not being able to open his eye and now has a major black eye which is causing him discomfort. It’s very unsafe for any child to be climbing on this when there isn’t nothing to grip on properly. .
