Fencing has been up for many months blocking use of the benches and reduces enjoyment of parking by all users

When will the fencing be taken down that has been up for multiple months. The work finished ages ago and no further work seems to be taking place. Users of the park and local residents would like full use of the park back. Especially the benches and seating tables that have been completely fenced off. Please resolve any works and take it down.
