Raised area lifting, disrepair

Manor Copse play area is in dire straits. At 2.30pm today, not a single person was in here because it is just that bad. There is one piece of new equipment, but all of the toddler friendly equipment is dirty and run down. The raised flooring area has lifted away from the tarmac, causing a trip hazard (see the photo with my shoe underneath it). I’ve owned my home here for 12 years and it’s sad that the play park right next door is virtually unusable.
