Lot of lotter on the Batheaston bypass.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9208941.

A piece of litter flew up and landed on my windscreen at 50mph. Thankfully I was able to remove it using my wipers before I crashed.
