The “ footpath” between Hayes road/ Hayes Park Road
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9255069.
The apple tree overhanging the footpath needs to be cut back. These apple cause a problem all year round. When the next lot drops they cover the path and when they start to rot the smell is terrible. I would think they might also encourage rats. The home owner ( house next to footpath in Hayes Park) should be told to cut the branches back.
