Female visitor to encampment using kids play park as her toilet

There is a growing pile of used toilet tissue inside the kids play park at Kelson’s Field. The female visitor to the encampment was seen urinating there over the Easter weekend. When challenged she said, “Well you’ve got to go somewhere”. Initially there was one piece of paper there. Today there are 3 pieces so obviously this play park is being used as a toilet. Let’s remove this encampment ASAP
