Grass dug up in Hillcrest Open Space.

Someone has dug a ditch in the grass where people walk dogs and created a mud ramp further along the path. The concern is that it will get very muddy if it rains and can't be seen at night. A lot of people walk dogs along that part of the park. A person whose home over looks the park told me that youths were riding either electric bikes or mopeds around that part of the park and there are tyre tracks on the mud ramp. This all appeared on Saturday morning.
