The van has been left in someone else’s assigned parking space and is blocking the access to Pool Barton for emergency vehicles.

We can not deal with private parking issues, we can only assist with the removal of truly abandoned vehicles from private land, Has the land owner taken any step to make contact with the keeper of this vehicle? How long has the vehicle been left for? Are there any signs other signs of abandonment other than being left?
