Bus stop not clear and no pull in for bus

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9328761.

Its been reported that the bus stop is on Charlton Road , in Keynsham just past the turning for Charlton park, is not clearly marked on the road for the buses to pull in , Cars park there , and if you are disabled , you have to walk beyond the cars and go out in the road to get on the bus - can this be made clear its a bus stop the customer has asked to help the elderly - Thank you
