Has been left with a flat tire since early November outside houses on manor road, has been growing cold both inside and outside the car, has not been moved and doesn't seem like owner is coming to move the car in foreseeable future.

  • We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention as it stands at present. The vehicle had a new MOT just over 3 weeks ago so someone is caring for the vehicle and may be just storing it here. It is fully legally parked, just with a flat tyre and mould inside.

    The report is now closed, further comments may not be monitored.
