Two bikes abandoned attached to bike rack at the junction of Moorland Road and Livingstone Road
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9403474.
These two bikes have been here (outside the Children's Hospice South-West Charity Shop) for several months (my photos were taken 17th March) - clearly abandoned, the pink one falling over. There are only two racks so these bikes are taking up half the space allotted for bike parking here.
