Illegal camping

This man has been living in a tent down the Brickfields for 3 months. I walk my dog there and have found my dog wondering off into the area where the man defecates and cooks food. The man came out today and tried to talk to me following me up the field. I just ignored him and he went back in the bushes. This is not a camp site and as you can understand, there is no toilet facilities. My dog probably eats waste food and the man’s shit. This is not healthy. I am really mad that nothing is being done. There are 2 camp sites in Bath you need to move him on
