Pothole one side, horrendous ridges the other

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9405898.

There’s a deep pothole that’s hidden right by the curb just as you stop in the left lane to turn left at the lights. It’s been there for months, hit it a few times at low speed but made the car go BANG! Please fill it. Also on the other lane there’s a number of horizontal raised strips, the surface is really awful where it’s been dug up and filled too high and now the top of the ridges have come away making for a horrible load of ridge bumps when trying to drive over it down toward the sports centre, the whole section needs resurfacing. Frankly it’s terrible for an inner city road. Please resurface this section.
