Tents and shelters set up by homeless people

Tents and drivers have been set up by homeless people in Kensington Meadows. They have set up behind the fencing and a vehicle has been visiting them by driving across the Meadows. The Meadows are used by children and dog walkers and the camping illegally is making the area feel unsafe. Concerns from neighbours as how their vehicle is getting into the Meadows when the gates are locked controlled by the council.
