Faulty Drain Cover

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9455394.

Everytime a car goes over the drain at ///logo.path.vest it makes a loud noise. The sound is worse at night as it echoes to the nearby houses. It sound as like the drain has become loose
